🎵 Luyện Nghe Bài Hát: O Fortuna - Gregorian

 O Fortuna
 velut luna
 statu variabilis,
 semper crescis
 aut decrescis;
 vita detestabilis
 nunc obdurat
  tunc curat
  mentis aciem,
 egestatem,
 potestatem
 dissolvit  glaciem.

 Sors immanis
 et inanis,
 rota tu
 status malus,
 vana salus
 semper dissolubilis,
 obumbrata
 et velata
  quoque niteris;
 nunc  ludum
 dorsum nudum
 fero  sceleris.

 Sors salutis
 et virtutis
  nunc contraria,
 est affectus
 et defectus
 semper in
 Hac  hora
 sine mora
 corde pulsum
 quod  sortem
 sternit fortem,
 mecum  plangite!

 English Translation

 O Fortuna
 like  moon
  are changeable,
 ever waxing
 and waning;
 hateful life
 first oppresses
 and then
  fancy takes it;
 poverty
 and power
 it melts  like ice.

 Fate –
 and empty,
 you  wheel,
 you  malevolent,
  is vain
 and always  to nothing,
 shadowed
 and veiled
 you plague me
 now  the game
 I bring  bare back
  your villainy.

 Fate is  me
 in health
 and virtue,
 driven on
  weighted down,
 always enslaved.
 So at this
 without delay
 pluck  vibrating strings;
 since Fate
 strikes down  strong man,
  weep with me!
