 CLINICAL COLOSTOMY

 Stainless steel burst open
 A gurney wheeling a cadaver
 Abbreviated salutations muted by the
 By the

 Horrified nurses
 Foul cess seeps
 Punctuating the
 Of acrid contents
 Colonical

 Numbed by the
 Prepare surgery
 Internal revealed
 With a blast from the

  restless ass inflicts post-mortal vengeance
dung marks across the operating table
  see shit, decorating the tools
Hygenic practices scrapped by foul odour

 The ribcage
 A comes to the face
 Brown stained lungs feces
 Regurgitation ensues

 Disbelieving doctors form
  in puddles
  a human sewer
 An unbelievable should have drained
 From pooper

 Gasses build up
 Causing an ominous rumble from
 A ghastly turn of
Leaves them all shit-stained, and chagrined

 Stainless steel doors
 Yet in other way
 Frenetic are fleeing
  coprophagic mess

 Numbed by the
  for surgery
 Internal horror
  a blast from the asscheek

 A ending
 To a tale of grandeur
 The art of forensic
  to be endured
 A bacteriological
 Which leaves no
 Infesting bystanders
 With methane gargling disease
